Turn right in Charleville town coming from Limerick and take the road to Newtownshandrum which is about 6 miles along. Bear right at the fork and the village is a short distance. BUILDING 5: This is the main farm building and recently used as a wintering shed for cattle. Consists of circa 100ft in length with tubular barrier dividing the smaller units.

BUILDING 6: Annex. This consists of a very wide feeding passage leading off the main building with tubular barriers running the full length and an outside passage from which silage or hay can be fed. At the bottom of this there are cubicles for 16 cattle. Outside you have an extremely large concrete yard with pit for slurry disposal.

SILO: This is a concrete pad suitable for storing g silage with a large concrete yard around it for disposal of same.

LANDS: The majority of lands are of high quality with suitable shelter and suitable for livestock, bloodstock or tillage. Some remedial work is necessary in some of the fields but overall it is a quality farm.
